A secret underground organization that gathered the best agents in order to fight back against the cruelest nastiest criminals. The agents weren’t bound by laws, and they’re allowed to use any methods to complete their missions, including killing their targets.

The only rules they needed to obey was to not kill other members.

All of the agents trained were given magical tattoos, to contain their chosen weapon. To do the job, they also chose 1 letter as codenames. They didn’t need to leave their lives behind, as long as they can maintain the job and their life, they’re free to have a so-called double life.

The tattoos were made using blood oath, the first time they’re officially becoming an agent, alongside with the chosen codename. To summon it, the agents must offer their blood and place it near the tattoo. Clothes wouldn’t be a problem, as it could be done while still wearing them.

Just the smallest amount of blood would be enough to summon the weapons, but offering in huge amounts will increase the weapon’s strength.
